Fix ITunes to play m3u playlists
Note that you ALSO have to change the file associations on firefox to get this working for m3u links. On OSX Firefox->Preferences->Content->File Types/Manage, you need to select M3U2iTunes.app as the handler for M3U file types instead of using the default (iTunes) handler.
